Cooking for the Earth Day Exhibition
Our school is lucky enough to have a vibrant team with amazing cooks! Ms. N and Mr. B joined us in talking about Brazilian culture and making Brigadeiros with us this week in preparation for feeding students at the Earth Day Exhibition!
In order to have a healthy balanced snack of course, we also made carrots and hummous from of Chick Peas!
Brigadeiros
Brigadeiros are a Brazilian chocolate snack famous for being at birthday celebrations! To celebrate Earth Day, we made this delicious treat without plastic to reduce the amount of waste at our event!
