Earth Day Exhibition April 22, 2026

8th grade students wrote poems connected to their ideas about sustainable development and the environment, played songs on guitar, and then recorded themselves singing and talking their songs over the top! Listen to their inspiring voices here!

6th Grade students have written, illustrated, and published children's stories about how Earth in Space Science is connected to the Sustainable Development Goals.

In English, students have analyzed their stories' characters and plot development.

On Earth Day, students read their own books aloud to parents and other students!

7th Grade students asked questions about how Plate Tectonics might be connected to Sustainable Development Goals. Then they created and presented solutions about these ideas.

Students cooked Brigadeiros and Hummous to feed everyone with less plastic waste!

During our unit on MUN (Model United Nations), students serve as representatives for countries of the world as they give speeches and work together to resolve problems related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), including climate action and developing sustainable cities.

In the fourth unit of Chinese Science, Energy Transfer and Conservation, we learn about energy, the sources of different forms of energy, and how they transform into one another.
